Please Read Entire Page Before Placing Order
MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT IS $75 AFTER APPLIED DISCOUNTS IF ANY AND EXCLUDING SHIPPING
ORDERS THAT DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND AMOUNT PAID WILL BE APPLIED TO CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT AS STORE CREDIT.
ANYBODY JUST SELECTING A FREEBIE AND PAYING FOR SHIPPING WITHOUT MEETING THE REQUIRED PURCHASE AMOUNT, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE WILL ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT.
LAG refers to Live on Arrival Guarantee
DOA refers to Dead on Arrival
TOS refers to Terms of Service
Free Item(s) (FREEBIES)
Customer must have met purchase amount requirement in order to receive free item(s).
Shipping fees are not included in the amount to qualify for free items.
Amount to receive free item is After Applied Discounts if Any.
Orders placed that do not meet the required amount to receive a free item selected, will still be processed and shipped excluding the free item.
If an item is no longer available we will substitute an item when available, if customer wants to ensure it is available contact us prior to placing order.
The purchase amount required to receive a free item (excluding shipping and applied discounts if any) is expressed as the following examples:

Example @ $75 means you may receive the item when you have purchased $75 (excluding shipping and applied discounts if any)
Example @ $100 means you may receive the item when you have purchased $100 (excluding shipping and applied discounts if any)
Example @ $175 means you may receive the item when you have purchased $175 (excluding shipping and applied discounts if any)
If you purchase $100 you my select either the @ $75 or $ @ $100 but not both since you need to purchase $75 to receive the first and $100 to receive the second. If you purchase $175 you may receive the free item @ $175 or both the @ $75 and the @ $100 since the total of both adds up to $175.
These are examples and may or may not be actual amounts for items on our site, if customer has any questions contact us before placing your order, placing your order is an acceptance of our interpretation to the examples and terms stated on this page.

Shipping is $50 for FedEx Priority Overnight with LAG
Shipping is $30 for FedEx 2nd Day without LAG
Shipping is $10 FedEx Home Delivery FOR DUBIA ROACHES ONLY without LAG
Shipping Days are Monday - Wednesday Orders Placed After 3 PM CST Will Ship The Next Day
Orders Placed After 3 PM on Wednesday Will Ship Following Monday (Except During Holidays Observed By FedEx and the List of Additional Holidays Below)
Holidays we DO NOT SHIP in addition to FedEx ship dates

Minimum Order Total Excluding Shipping and any applied discounts is $75
Tracking Numbers are provided by 9 PM CST on the day of shipping. A valid email and phone number must be provided in order to receive tracking number. Signatures are not required to deliver package unless specified by the customer that they would like a signature requirement. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delays due to customers location. Customer agrees to be present when the package arrives and personally accept the package. In the event of a DOA, customer must notify us within 2 hours of delivery time, compensation is given in the form of store credit on next order for the amount of the specimen, shipping charges are not credited. Prior to receiving credit we must receive pictures of the specimen and may request that customer ship specimen to us in a preserved vial at customer's expense.
Customer may cancel an order by phone only on the day the order is placed before 5PM CST for a refund in the method of payment they used minus a 10% Restocking Fee. If the order was placed after 5PM CST customer may contact before 10AM CST the following day for a refund in the method of payment they used minus a 10% Restocking Fee. Orders cancelled after a 24 hour period from the time the order was placed will be refunded in the method of payment received minus a 20% Restocking Fee. Orders may not be cancelled on the scheduled shipping day after 10AM CST, if customer is unable to receive the order at the time we will credit the full amount of the order including shipping to the customers online account as store credit. Store Credit issued for a cancelled order will not be assessed a restocking fee.
It is strongly advised that customer be aware of local weather conditions prior to ordering. We will not ship to a destination that will have temperatures below 40F or above 90F or if our local temperatures are outside of those ranges. If a sudden change in temperature occurs after order is place we will ship when temperatures fall within the acceptable range between 40F and 90F, temperatures considered for shipping include our location, customers location and FedEx transit HUB locations. Should a customer request package to be shipped, LAG will be voided. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays due to weather or if the animal is in a state that requires waiting to ship. Customer may request that full amount including shipping be added as store credit to their account with in 72 hours of order being placed.
By agreeing to these terms of service the customer agrees to understanding fully the intended service terms and agrees not to file a claim against the seller (Nature's Exquisite Creatures) unless the customer has contacted the seller and the seller has not honored the terms of service as intended by the seller. All customers unclear about any part of the terms of service agree to contact by email or phone before placing their order.
